Vonda is a massage-physiotherapist, skin care specialist and educator. She got her start when she received her massage therapy license in 2008 after completing over 900 hours of hands-on-training and experience. She received her esthetic license in 2018 after completing 1000 hours of education. Vonda has a passion for education and has taught massage therapy for over 8 years and is currently an esthetic educator. She empowers her client to take control of their own health and well-being. It is not uncommon to hear her say, “I rather invest my money in staying well versus ‘sick care’ (getting well)”. She is a lifelong learner and educator. She has received advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Therapy, Complete Decongestive Therapy, Pre-Post Surgical Care, Pregnancy, Sports, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Body Sculpting, Chemical Peels, and Machines. She is able to tailor each session for that particular client to offer ‘A Touch That Matters’.
Dante Tobias, BA, LMT, ITEC
Dante, a graduate of ASHA School of Massage Therapy, Atlanta’s highly acclaimed institute and also a former faculty member, currently resides in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. He was convinced that the missing link in his ministry of healing, was the amazing touch which the art of massage offered. So, he became a licensed massage therapist since 2006. He uses techniques and protocols largely garnered from Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Positional Release and Myofascial Release. He believes that deep tissue work, very slowly applied, can spare clients from further pain and injuries.
Joan Nichols, LMT, BCTMB
Joan received her Massage Therapy Certificate from New Life Institute School of Massage Excellence in 1998 and has been Georgia State licensed since 2006. She received her National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) in 1999. She has volunteered for the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 1999 and served as the AMTA National President in 2018. Joan uses an integrative approach in her sessions and continues to stay current with the latest education in massage therapy and bodywork to provide the best possible outcomes for her clients.
